Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for physical goods, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives with visible damage or is defective, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the item. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement or a refund for the damaged or defective item.
3. Return Authorisation:
To request a return due to damage or defect, you must first contact our customer service team at reservations@craigellachiehotel.co.uk / 01340 881204 to obtain a return authorisation. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
4. Return Conditions:
When returning damaged or defective items, ensure they are in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. Returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of receiving the return authorisation.
5. Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item to us, unless otherwise stated and agreed upon with our customer service team.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, such as personalised or customised products. This will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
7. Delivery Issues:
